Salmon Salad





Pan-fry your salmon filet: four minutes on one side, four minutes on the other - season with salt..

Serve on a salad of arugula, red bell pepper, kidney beans, feta cheese, cucumber with a balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing.

Squeeze lemon onto the salmon filet before serving and garnish with lemon slice.
