Killer Strawberry Kiwi Green Smoothie


  • 1-2 tablespoons flaxseeds
  • 2 cups fresh organic spinach
  • 1 cup wheatgrass 
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 whole fresh kiwis 
  • sweetener (optional - I don't use any, but you may want to if you are still getting used to green smoothies.  If you do need it, go for stevia, agave syrup, or honey)
Preparation Instructions:

1.  Put all ingredients in the blender (VitaMix!) in the order listed.

2.  Blend until smooth and there is a vortex in the middle.

3.  Serve and enjoy!!!
